Dr. Chistopher Lester is a trailblazing, transformation leader.  Dr. Lester has over 30 years’ experience in agency, student development and higher education.  Dr. Lester developed a curriculum that reinforces an aspirational and holistic approach that is a national model for ensuring ongoing personal, academic and professional excellence, retention and graduation of Black, Latino and Multi-racial males in their K-12 and higher education journey. Dr. Lester launched the College Prep Excellence Roadmap Academy (CPERA) for 8th-12th grade Black, Latino and Multi-racial males in fall 2022.

 

Dr. Lester has committed his life to helping others tap into their reservoir of personal, professional and academic excellence that results in concrete elevated mindsets and consistent stellar and elevated positive outcomes.
